Hey thanks for including the #runningproject and @isotonic in your post and it's good to see runners posting consistently here more and more.
Running definitely cures a lot...I get depressed when I don't run. I was reminded of this a few months back when I all but stopped due to being overworked but I've started back up again 3 days per week and have found myself happier on a more consistent basis.
Thanks for sharing, I feel its important that the running community be together. Its not only motivating but allow one to have a support system.
