You are fast. Even after the injury and without training.

Yes, groin strain can be a consequence of to much running.

I wish you a successful gradual recovery and come back to the form.

Hahaha! Yes, I was fast...😃
Now, sometimes I cannot even walk without pain...
Ok, so today and tomorrow, I think I will just walk a couple of Kms... and then try to accomplish the bylaws of #runeveryday
