After really temperatures in Belgium (and all over Europe), the weather we usually know is back (at least for a few days). Yesterday it was still 36°C and almost impossible to run under that temperature (when we are not used to it).
We had a lot of rain during the night and it was "only" 19°C at 7:30 this morning. But the atmosphere was strange and I still sweat a lot during my short run.
I don't have any motivation to run those days (I don't know if it's the weather or something else). I need to find a race to have a proper training but it's not easy right now. I need to finish my master thesis for next week and I want to take some holidays after that so it's maybe not a good idea to start something serious right now. At least I keep running twice a week which is better than nothing!

The sun has come out way down here too today, so I might try and sneak out for a run this afternoon (if it is still sunny).
We are in the middle of winter here -the coldest month, and we have temperatures more like late spring.
The weather is seriously messed up at the moment. We've only had a couple of cold weeks all winter. So it looks like global warming may have finally kicked in.........
Yeah it seems like the weather is strange all over the globe! After a summer like this one, I'm scared for the winter. I can support high temperatures but I don't really like when it's very low (like -15°C).
I know what you mean. but our winter has been really warm. We only had about two or three cold weeks and that's it.
So maybe you'll get our winter too ;-)
