Spontaneous Run
Just needed to go out and run, didn’t have a route planned or a time of how long I wanted to run for. I just ran. If my body would of let me I would of ran forever!

wow, running is the best exercise for the health, sometimes i run too, but not too far, because when i start panting i loose all my strengths. good post there.
