It was warmer this morning - I think a few people went out a little too fast, I past two people (obviously runners) who stopped to walk in the last K or so, I don't think I've EVER seen that before!
I was marshalling this morning and I could see some people struggled a bit. The shop at the campsite we run around was doing good business and people wanted drinks when they finished. I am not a great fan of running when it's hot.
