Another night's sleep and then it's back to the mooring ball. The day slid slowly by like a meandering stream. Had a shower and cloths in the washer by 10:00. When sorting out my recycles Mateus approached me and explained the wharf was pretty busy and wondered if a small power boat from a regatta of schooners in port could raft against Makina for the day.
Rafting is a term used when one docks against a boat who itself is then tied to the dock.
You will notice a schooner sailing behind Makina in the photo above. That is a big part of their regatta. They run races and were starting one right in the harbour off of Zwickers Wharf...
Pierre was in touch, over whatsapp, to let me know he would be arriving on Friday. Sounds like good timing. He is bringing his little outboard motor, so going back and forth to the mooring should be trivial.
Unfortunately my daughter could not get LOTRO running problem free. There were some excellent suggestions in the forum yet none seemed to work. Oddly we have pretty much matching laptops so it just wasn't meant to be it seems.
As Pierre had suggested a trip to Bridgewater, perhaps a good invertor solution can be found there... particularly with Pierre to ask suggestions. So, unless some crazy news should happen this evening we shall say, "Makina out" for now.

Do you ever experience stress or anxiety?
Your question took me into some deep personal analysing. There are folks that have been close to me with diagnosed conditions of stress and anxiety which required medication. They are an extreme to be sure. Yet using that as the extreme my feeling is that my tendency to stress and anxiety is below the mean average. It may come on in a burst like when navigating a difficult docking yet it would not then linger. Hope that answers the question. It had the effect of me taking a retrospective look over the last year with that in mind. 😎 👍
The schooners are beautiful.
That class does have a special cut to them, to be sure. A fairly large grouping like that is all the more powerful a look. What may not have shown in the short video clip is that they were having a real good time through it all. 😊
