As some of you may know, the french bistro Borchardt is one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world, you can get super tasty and traditional dishes in this berlinian tempel and the best of it is that all the ingredients are extremely fresh. I want to show you a pic of a Salad that i ate in Borchardt a couple of days ago, it doesn't seem like something too special but i can assure you that it tastes like it was just harvested from their farm in Brandenburg.
The dressing was also super smooth because it had a base of a mixture of olive oil and pumpkin seed oil!
