This would not help much. The best time to power up is still when SBD rallys and STEEM can't keep the pace, because SBD can easily run up 5-15$ in a single day, but STEEM can't.
Biggest STEEM increase in one day was 5$.
Biggest SBD increase in one day was 12$.
When SBD hits 20-25$, I expect STEEM to be anywhere in the 8-14$ range.
So an x2 exchange rate is really good, x3 is super awesome. If STEEM really can't keep up, I think even x5 is possible again.
