SBD hits 34.19 USD per token in HitBTC today
Good Morning Everyone...When I checked the crypto prices early in the morning I was surprised to see that in coinmarketcap the price was showing as 3.24 USD and as the price of SBD take the feed from coinmarketcap, everywhere I can see price of SBD reported as 3.24 but then I checked the various market in coinmarketcap and there I could see the catch. Apart from HitBTC every other exchange is showing the price as 1.8 or 1.9 USD per token but HitBTC is showing now as 17 USD and in the morning it was 34.19 USD.
It made me curious and I thought to put some SBD token in HitBTC exchange, but unfortunately I could not able to so, because they are not allowing any SBD deposit at this moment but their trading is still going on. Can say it a "scam pump". Is the trading which is still going live in HitBTC is for their own people who are manipulating the price of SBD ??
Well, I think so because I have had heard about this type of issues in Poloneix and this time I could see in HitBTC and this was not the case for HitBTC for the first time and if you see the chart it happened earlier also. But my question is who are these people who with just 50000 usd or so making this weird pump which is not real and not for public but I do agree that those people who had some SBD earlier deposited in HitBTC are really the king now, because trading is still going on at such a high price and they have disabled their wallet for quite some time.
Dont get carried away with this fake pump by a shit exchanger like HitBTC
There are people who are saying that it is ideal to put all the money in SBD and will wait for the possible pump in bittrex and other exchange also because this pump from HitBTC will propagate to other exchange.
No...Not at all...Dont do so. Because this is a fake pump. if this was real then they should have had enabled their wallet and allow people to deposit SBD and after that we could believe that this pump will propagate to other exchange too.
I am sure this was a preplanned fake pump by HitBTC and this could be an insider job as well. Because at times to gain the attention of public some shit exchanger like HitBTC does this and public should not get carried away. Please also note that I am not saying SBD will not get pumped up. It may even reach that price in reality in future but whatever going on at this moment in HitBTC is purely fake, so take care of your SBD wisely, do your financial management as per the real news and dont get carried away.
Coinmarketcap should also take note of this fake pump by HitBTC because this is adversely affecting the feed price and as the coinmarketcap takes the average of all exchanges, their feed price is getting affected as a result of this. So the best way for coinmarketcap should be to do away with HitBTC and the feed price should always show the average of the real and genuine exchanger and not from the exchanger like HitBTC.

The catch is that the price of 34.19 USD for SBD is just in my dream now and in fact beyond dream. I was thinking to deposit some SBD in hitbtc but now after reading this article, I will not do that. Thank you for making me cautious.
Yes dont do deposit any SBD even if their wallet goes live. I have heard from many with their SBD stuck for for so many months. SO be careful with this shit exchanger HitBTC.

I am not going to do that, I can understand that it is not a genuine exchange, so will go with blocktrades if the price goes above 5 usd or more.
No worries bud, HitBTC is a shit-exchange, and I highly advise that no one use them. Plus, Coin Market Cap has in the past, and will again remove the anomaly from the averages if it keeps up, so no worries.

Ha ha, glad I could help, and they removed a few South Korean exchanges in the past from the total averages, due to this very same issue.

I think they actually had to do it with Bitcoin before, because the Koreans were pumping the price up way too much over there, so Coin Market Cap just removed them from the equation all together.
You are saying 34.19 !!!! Yesterday night it was 150 usd per SBD in Hitbtc and the volume was also quite high and yes it seems like a scam pumping. Let's hope this pump becomes a reality in future.

Thank you for this awareness and I will never trade in hitbtc exchange and i think coinmarketcap has also removed it showing as an outlier.
(1) it is pure manipulation by Hitbtc
(2) Lately SBD hits even 150 in Hitbtc and in reality if SBD hits 150 usd then I think most of the steemian will be financially free and retired.
That doesn't mean that we cannot get proft from SBD. In past we have seen good profits many times and history is going to repeat in the long run.
I have never told that"we can not get profit" but this particular pump in HitBTC is a fake one and is a scam pump. Even I am also looking for SBD to reach at least 4/5 by the end of this year owing to its limited supply. In past also I have made good profit from SBD and I am quite hopeful but there is a divide line between fake pump and real pump.
