Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter:Fear God, and keep His commandments: for this is the whole duty of man
Happy Sunday guys, hope service today was great? Mine also was awesome. It is always good to be in the presence of the Almighty at all time. I want to say a little about this scripture above. I so much love this verse
What is the duty of man here on earth? As human beings and Christians, we ought to know why we are living, we need to actually understand our purpose here on earth. Then what is that duty of man we need to take notice of and work toward it?
The First is to FEAR GOD. To fear God means to walk in the ways of God, do His will, read and study the Word of God
The Second is to OBEY HIS COMMANDMENTS. All commandments we need to follow are in the book of Exodus chapter 20:3 to the end. We need to act according to what He wants from us, if truly we want to please Him. We can only please God when we do His will. This week, let our focus be on God and Heaven. Let us continue to do His will
