The @Sc-n blog has been a bit less busy in the past few days. It was necessitated as there were much offline investigations and brainstorming for the next phase of activities that will surround @Steemchurch International Ministries and Steemchurch Nigeria in the coming weeks.
We have been able to take giant steps in creating a web of friendships with other like organizations situate and registered in Nigeria towards a more sustainable impact to be created by @Sc-n.
Yesterday, I discussed with @Sirknight on Telegram and he was happy to hear that we are stepping out to establish healthy relationships with other organizations that will support the visions of Steemchurch International Ministries as well as Steemchurch Nigeria. This will help us to attain a goal making Steemchurch Nigeria, a household name in Nigeria.
According to wikipedia.org, collaboration is the process of two or more people or organizations working together to complete a task or achieve a goal. Collaboration engineers cooperation and the power of a united force and strength cannot be underestimated.
Collaboration leads to a synergy of ideas and resources which will bring through a better idea and result. The ability to collaborate shows a great strength of charisma, social responsiveness and trust in the character of leadership.
When successful collaboration is brokered, you discover that a cumulative effort and team work will bring blessings that has a full singular effect on each of the collaborating organizations. What individual groups could not achieve independently can be achieved with a collaborative power.
In collaboration, we share the following resources:
- Ideas
- Time
- Human resource
- Affiliations
- Goodwill
- Rewards
Things to Look out for before Collaborating:
It must be well understood that whosoever puts his hands on the plow and looks back is not fit for the kingdom. Collaboration requires that basic and dedicated research and investigations be made before stepping out for the engagement.
In the course of the research, there a re a few pointers that must be clearly observed which will guarantee a successful collaboration. They will only be listed in this blog, but we will create out time to detail aspects of each in subsequent blogs.

Personal skills to develop for successful Collaborating:
Any one who wishes to launch out to broker for a collaboration must first get himself versed with the right skills to make the step successful. Here are a few of the skills needed for effective collaboration:

- Organization skills

Where there is no guidance, the people fall; but in abundance of counselors, there is victory.
The essence of this teaching is towards further preparing the minds of our parishioners as they begin to plan and build their proposals which should earn the support of @Steemchurch and Sc-Telos. It is important that we get empowered with knowledge before embarking on any project.
We wish that our parishioners will have the best of projects that the blockchain has ever sponsored. However, they must get to know the components of a successful project execution. We further implore you all to keep an eye on this blog for more details of the outlined points above.

It is necessary we collaborate as one cannot totally exist alone. However, in collaborating, scrutiny of partners should thorough in order not to be retarded. Remember the case of Jehoshaphat, when he united with the wicked king and God then caused their ship to wreck. Let's ensure a good choice of collaborators.
