GOD WANTS TO MAKE A HOME IN OUR HEARTS

Hello community,
the pastor @EddySantos greets you.
Leader of the International Ministry
Transforming Lives. Today I want to
bring you another of my reflections
on the occasion of Holy Week.
Let us begin.

The Holy Week

Last Sunday, April 14, 2019, what was called Domingo de Ramos was celebrated in many places around the world, and I believe it is based on the biblical passage where JESUS, after three and a half years of trajectory or public ministry, now He decides to finish. his ministry in the famous city of Jerusalem, where he was the headquarters of the Judaism of the Mosaic religion. And JESUS goes to the city mounted on a colt (donkey) that has not yet been ridden by anyone, and his disciples and some people seem to come from the city to join him, praising and clapping their hands enthusiastically put their layers so that JESUS walks on his cloaks, and when JESUS enters, people begin to praise God and say: OH, HEALTHY, BLESSED IS HE WHO COMES IN THE NAME OF THE LORD.

the prophetic word is fulfilled in Zechariah 9: 9 where it says:

Rejoice greatly, Daughter Zion! Shout, Daughter Jerusalem! See, your king comes to you, righteous and victorious, lowly and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.

How beautiful as the people praise the Lord JESUS! but when JESUS enters the city, HE stops and starts crying, and cries because he knew what was going to happen.

Luke 19: 41-42 As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes.

Five days later, they crucified this JESUS who had entered his city, they saw his miracles, however, Jesus was being crucified for them because they had not yet received a change in their hearts. With them came Lazarus, who had risen and the people there were also excited to see the person who healed the sick, who had raised the dead and who had performed tremendous miracles. And five days later these same people, now they shouted and said: "Pilate, send us to barrabas, crucify him and let his blood be upon us."

WHAT CAN WE LEARN IN THIS HOLY WEEK?
Let's not be emotional Christians, Jerusalem was moved and praised the king, they received him, but five days later he was betrayed and handed over to Pilate and asked to be killed on a cross. And I want to specify that it is not bad to celebrate and thank the Lord for his sacrifice on the cross and his resurrection from the dead, on the contrary, we should thank him for so much love poured out, but in these days there are people who celebrate Holy Week and let's say they are sanctified all week, they congregate in the days of the bouquet, the churches are full, but nevertheless, Holy Week is over and people no longer seek God and no longer live a holy life and this is contrary to what what God wants from us

Brothers, let us not be like Jerusalem, who rejected JESUS five days later, let's not get excited with a double spirit, let's be like two disciples who went to Emmaus and met JESUS on the way and although they did it without them. Knowing It If you felt a fire in your heart, you felt something special in that walker. They said: "Lord, stay home tonight because it's too late." God is looking for hearts not to visit if not to make his home.

If you are someone who has not yet invited JESUS to live in your heart, I invite you to tell him: JESUS I KNOW THAT I NEED YOU IN MY HEART, COME AND NEVER LEAVE ME.
May God bless you very much.…

Revelation 3:20 New International Version (NIV)
Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
