THE BIBLE AS TREASURE OF DIVINE INSPIRATION

The sum of God's thoughts is largely uncountable. The mind of God is broad, deep and infinite. The intellect of God is so high and indescribable that no book can enclose the totality of its thoughts, because they are immensely infinite. However, there is a sacred, divinely inspired book that contains only a part of God's most relevant thoughts that are required to guide human behavior and the orientation of his destiny in eternity.

This book, of course, is the Bible, which is considered a treasure of divine inspiration.
The Bible is "divinely inspired" and its words were planned by God's creative design.

In 2 Timothy 3:16, we find the divine character of the Bible:

All Scripture is inspired by God, useful to teach, to renew, to correct, to instruct in justice.

The absolute authority of the Bible over our lives is based on our conviction that this book not only contains the Word of God, but that it is the Word of God, in its entirety and in each of its parts. The verse we read attests to it and describes the true meaning of this inspiration (breath of life): it is the Word of the Holy Spirit. "Theopneustos (Greek), translated by" inspiration of God, "literally means" divine breath. "Describe the source from which the entire Bible comes from (that is," all Scripture "), since something transcends human inspiration. It is not the product of a high human consciousness or enlightened intellect, but is directly" inspired "by God Himself

In 2 Peter 1: 20-21 this truth is explained, and it is added that nothing in the message of the Scriptures is born from the private or private opinion of the writer, and that each writer who participated in the production of the Holy Scriptures was "moved by "(literally" taken, guided ") the Holy Spirit. This, however, does not mean that writers were used by God to write as automatons, without their conscious participation. God does not overlook those gifts of intellect and the sensitivity he has given to his creatures.

In 1 Corinthians 2: 10-13 there is an abundance around this process through which the revelation of the Holy Spirit was dispensed. Verse 13 says that even the words that were used in the writing of the Bible (not just ideas), were inspired by the Holy Spirit, who moved the respective authors to write, "accommodating the spiritual to the spiritual" (literally " accommodating the spiritual words to spiritual ideas.) This biblical vision of the origin of the Bible is known as the plenary verbal inspiration of the Scriptures, which means that each word has been inspired by the Holy Spirit of God.

The Bible remains in all times, in all centuries, the great treasure of divine inspiration that guides the individual and collective life of men.

@The Shepherd. The Bible is our greatest inspiration because it establishes the word of God and is really the greatest treasure anyone can get to practice and obey it.

Dear @elpastor, you have expressed very well the nature of what God expressed in written form contained in the Bible, this presents a window to what is His will for humanity and how the Bible helps us to meet Him, also has It was important that you emphasize that the authors had the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. God bless you abundantly.
