JESUS, THE TRUE SHEPHERD

in #sc-v4 years ago

Jesus refers them to his disciples warning them about false pastors and people who impersonate themselves without really being what they say since their projection was very different from what they said.
He warns his disciples to take care of such people because they were only false and thieves.
Today there is no difference in the world from what Jesus warned us since we can also constantly look at the apostasy and falsehood of many who call themselves pastors or ministers of God.

Read:

John 10: 1-6.
10 "Surely I assure you that he who does not enter through the door to the sheepfold, but who climbs and enters the other side, is a thief and a bandit. 2 The one who enters through the door is the shepherd of the sheep. 3 The doorman opens the door, and the sheep hear his voice. Call the sheep by name and remove them from the fold. 4 When he has already taken out all that are his, he goes before them, and the sheep follow him because they recognize his voice. 5 But they never follow a stranger; rather, they run away from him because they don't recognize strange voices ».
6 Jesus gave them this example, but they did not grasp the meaning of his words.
(New International Version (NIV).

It should be understood that a pastor takes care, watches, directs, guides, attends, feeds and protects his flock, that is why Jesus is truly the true shepherd, because He takes care of us, protects us and gives us total provision.

Jesus presents himself in this opportunity to his disciples as the door of the sheep, the only one where his disciples and children can pass confidently, emphasizing that only through Him there is security, trust, firmness because He will never disappoint them.
In this sense, entering through the door of the sheep that is Jesus Christ will bring salvation to man since in another there is no salvation.

Although the Bible tells us about the ministries that God established on earth and among them is that of a shepherd to whom we owe respect, honor and subjection because God has been established, however there is one that is only the door of the sheep, one who is only the true shepherd and that is Jesus the only way to get to heaven and access eternal life.

Very true God Himself constituted earthly shepherds to build the work of God on earth, but really only Jesus is our good shepherd.
