31 Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying:
Look, I have called Bezaleel the son of Uri, son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah;
3 and I have filled it with the Spirit of God, in wisdom and intelligence, in science and in all art,
4 to invent designs, to work in gold, silver and bronze,
5 and in artifice of stones to be set, and in artifice of wood; to work in all kinds of work.

Although only God can create something from nothing, we cannot create something beautiful from what God has done. The spirit of God filled and anointed Bezaleel to create precious objects for the tabernacle.

There was a uniqueness (an impartation of power) in Betzaleel's life to create for the Lord. That anointing came by the holy spirit of God.
The anointing in someone's life is a special ability given by the creator.
The fullness of the holy spirit anoints the person and imparts great wisdom, intelligence and dexterity. Pray for the presence of the holy spirit so that he can minister the lives of others and be creative.
