I WISH TO BE A MEMBER OF STEEMCHURCH INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY

Reading these days about the call to church membership, I have reflected on it, knowing that we have been blessed first by God and then by the kind heart of @sirknight, Steemchurch has been our home, we have shared and known people here, we are brothers, now is the time to give back what it means to be the body of Christ;

I may not be the best Christian in the world, but I believe that one of the things that God accepts is our heart and if we are repentant he accepts and restores us, so today I declare my commitment to the church, to God and to the people who He has designated to take this great task, thank you @darlenys01, because it has been months that you have helped me with this.

I was not very experienced in this issue of membership, but I have been reading and analyzing the subject, and it is important that each one assume his commitment.
The Bible clearly states that a Christian must belong to a visible and local representation of the body of Christ.

When we become Christians, it will generally be because we have met one or some of these members of the church and have taken us along with them to worship God, and gradually we learn, listen and study what it means to be a Christian, and in some moment the Holy Spirit will convince us that we must also be cleansed of our sin and follow Jesus Christ.

The world church of GOD

This means that we have become part of God's world church. The Bible teaches us that when we become Christians, God gives us his Holy Spirit, who will continue to teach us and guide us for the rest of our lives, as well as give us spiritual gifts and abilities that We must use it for the benefit of the church, therefore, it is obvious that we need to be members, or at least attend a church to be able to use those gifts.
Some churches do not have a formal list of members, but they only accept that if you attend church regularly, you are a member of the church. Other churches prefer that people formally declare that they want to join the church, however, it is not as important as the fact that you are committing to a group of God's people to serve together, worship together, learn together, pray together and grow.
