Change bank caught siphoning out of bounty funds! sscreenshots, blockchain doesnt lie

These are from bounty distributors wallet. IDK if it is a single bounty distributor who is siphoning (stealing ) bounty funds or if all the change bank team is involved but they arent very sneaky...
