Dubai is leading in Block-chain technology not only in terms of leveraging it across its products & services, but also in its widely acclaimed acceptance government wide. Therefore Dubai had recently announced release of their own coin soon with the name "EmCash" to replace e-Dirham and similar digital wallets, for most if not all digital & government transactions.
The Program is led by Smart Dubai Government, and an initial announcement appeared on social media through the various official channels in September 2017.

The SCAMMERS found a unique and potential opportunity to fake the identify of this coin by launching a fake coin of their own with the same name on Nov 30 2017, and is currently in its PRE-ICO stage, where they are giving this fake coin for 1.19 USD / Coin with a 19% Early bird bonus to top it off. Hats off to the timing of this fake ICO.

Questions Arising:
- If its a true release of official coin that is supposed to happen. The Domain would end with AE (i.e Arab Emirates)
- If the coin is official, why would the domain be a US registered domain, with fake information provided. See Below
- Notice Registered state is Arizona, the number provide does not exists. The admin ID is "[email protected]"
My Two cents:
- Dubai is leading most nations when it comes to construction, creativity, safety, making the impossible happen and specifically now in technology.
Having said that, It also present's a potential risk for such imposters to use Dubai's name to target people's money
Therefore be wary of this website and do not fall victim of losing your hard earned money to these fraudsters.

- I humbly ask everyone to wait for an official announcement from Dubai Government on social media on the actual launch of EmCash.
