You send them your post link, they resteem it to their audience. I assessed the number of posts they have there, and it is not too many. In a day, they probably resteem maximum 6 post. So yourpost doesn't get buried in their feed quickly. Whoever is following that account will see your post in their feed. Since they resteemed my post, I am seeing about 6 votes in about 5 hours. I think if you want visibility it is a good way to do it.
How much you get is determined by how many people choose to read your post and upvote it after seeing it in resteembot's feed. I would guess you need just 5 votes to get your investment back, because some people have zero SP so you don't earn directly BUT if they choose to follow you, well then, that's even better i think

Jerrybanfield got more into the details.Watch them all, then go and have a look on the bot track site they talk about there. ut if I were you, I'd not bid high amounts until you are confident.Go for those that have minimum bids around 0.05 then bid 0.07 if you are confident about the ROI - have a tab open at your wallet transfer, wait until the last 120 seconds then check their figures and then go or retreat. that's what I did ;-)
