This is for sure a scammer. I got a message from the same guy the other day, a very strange one, guess he was still learning how to scam.
message from val-a at Chat to me:
"are you angry with me
I have been in this steemit for a long time
look at my account
https://steemit.com/@val-a/transfers"
I answered with "what made you ask if I'm angry with you?" and val-a at chat decided not to further engage. I actually checked val-a at Steemit before even answering, and decided this cannot be the real val-a.
