When, a few weeks ago, I thought to do a weekly post of my QuarterReads stories in the #scholarandscribe community, I wasn't sure of the response they'd receive.
This post is by way of a small round up, to point to the ones currently posted incase you missed them and want to catch up, and a small teaser of those that will be forthcoming.
The stories so far have been:
Week One - Incremental Enhancements which garnered 92 votes and 6 unique comments.
Week Two - Out of Africa which had 17 votes and 5 unique comments
Week Three - Youthful Indiscretion recieved 51 votes and 4 unique comments, as well as a small conversation with one commentor.
Week Four - The Bush Beast which only received 3 votes and no unique comments. I reckon this is because it wasn't posted to #Dreemport because I didn't feel the content was suitable, and my hashtag game is still on the undeveloped side.
Week Five - Korea 1950 which has yet to receive any votes or comments, but it only went up today.
I'm delighted with the comments people have left, and hope those who have found them a fun few minutes enjoy the ones to come. What are they?

There's alt-history; an enthusiastic worker who annoys the boss; a commentary on male middle-aged myopia; sci-fi; & a weird Martian thing. You'll need to read them to find out which is which, or take part in my game.

Finally, there is a story which I intended to use for QuarterReads, but events in Iran made me post it now. A Memory of Soup challenges ideas of what Iran may one day be. I'd love your thoughts on it (and an actual picture of Ash Reshteh).
