Yeah,, With faces exuding hatred and fatigued for the school system
We walked around,, shuffling our feet,, pacing and prancing depending on individuals like its our anthem
We would be moved from venues to venues under the scorching sun,, that's our problem
A school that is Failing,, faulting and failure as its emblem
We persevere,,,that's what our parents want..
So we take tests,, write exams,, with no hope of a success,, How could we have expected better when our lecturers are hellbent on making us fail,,
Sometimes we walk around campus confused with no vestige of trail..
Teach us a little,, in exam they want so much detail,,,
Who would save us,,, who would have us bailed
While we hustle to pay our fees
Trying to also be penury free
Some rules we inadvertently agree
nows there a whole lot of decree
Our parents and guardians are expecting success,,,
They also want us to avoid the evil mistress
So at the end we would be their comfy mattress
Life's a give and take,, nothing more to buttress
But then,,
School breaks us,,
Remoulds us,,
Sometimes some are never fixed
Some get the lesson and move on
Some loggerhead try to change what doesn't want to be changed..
Nevertheless,,, we students,, Just do our best to get the lesson,,,move on..
We cannur come and kill ourselves,
