It's a different shade these days.

More orange and with some internal character, like an eye within an eye.

We had a close encounter here on earth with an asteroid the size of the Empire State Building, flying by at 10,500 mph. That would have been a flash for sure.

It's crazy to think that the red "spot" on Jupiter is a storm that is larger than the earth and is more than 340 years old.

Way cool photos of Jupiter... leaves one awe struck.
