The more overcrowded cities, the less the price of Man-Hour. The richest individuals, who have resources to build such distributed weapon, won't do building it, because it will destroy cheapest working power.

They are planing on turning this planet into a High Tech Newl Eden built by them for them, and not for us ! These people see themselves as the decendants of the Eygptian Pharoahs and we were of use back then, but not now as they have their robots to do their work and bidding !By the time this plan comes to fruition we will be for the better part long gone ! With just a few enclaves left of slave citezens to serve them as they please ! No doubt the prettiest of selected females and men for their own personal pleasure !
