In a previous post, I discussed the perspective of al-qur'an and the theory of social control on juvenile delinquency. However, I was interested in researching how this universe would end. Does the universe end up just like that, or will it end up going by the same process at the time of its formation?
There has been a great deal of cosmological research on this structure and history of the large-scale universe. in particular, the studies examine how the initial process of universe formation and its evolution. The research that has been done by scientists in 2009 based on the big bang theory with the best measurements known that the universe was formed after a big banghas been since about 13.7 billion years ago in a hot and dense and continues to expand continuously until today.
Based on the explanation it can be understood that between heaven and earth is a unified unity or a unified one. If it refers to the big bang theory, the heavens and the earth existed after the big bang, so also others such as land and sea too like that. Based on a series of experiments, observations, and calculations that accurately have revealed by scientis without hesitation that the universe has a beginning. And scientists have made sure that the universe is in a state that continues to expand. And they have concluded that, since the universe expands, if nature can move backward in time, this universe must begin its development from a single point. In this things, can be understood tha the conclusion that has achieved by scientis is that the universe originated from a single point explosion.
Well how the process of forming universe in education of islam (Al-Qur'an)? Is it in line with the big bang theory?
Al-qur'an is the concept and theory main of Islamic education and life guidance for Muslims. In the belief of the Muslims that kulli syaiin minallah (everything from God) in the sense of everything that exists including the universe was created by Him. Let's to the point.... !!!
The universe and all its contents are the creation of the Most Powerful God whose creation process is described in many verses of the Qur'an.
The Creation Process of the Universe In the Qur'an
Al-Qur'an Muslims far before any big bang theory that the process of the creation of this universe has been explained in Al-qur'an. As for the verses that explain about it are:
1) The Qur'an Surat Hud: 7
وَهُوَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ وَكَانَ عَرْشُهُ عَلَى الْمَاءِ لِيَبْلُوَكُمْ أَيُّكُمْ أَحْسَنُ عَمَلًا ۗ وَلَئِنْ قُلْتَ إِنَّكُمْ مَبْعُوثُونَ مِنْ بَعْدِ الْمَوْتِ لَيَقُولَنَّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
Meaning : "It is He who created the heavens and the earth in six days, and His throne (before it) on the water, that He may test which of you is better his deeds, and if you say to the people of Mecca: "you will raised up after death ", the unbelievers would say:" This is nothing but real magic".
From the word وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام can be understood that Allah Almighty created the Universe in six days. Mentioned in the jalalain commentary :
"وهو الذي خلق السماوات والأرض في ستة أيام } أولها الأحد وآخرها الجمعة" the first day is ahad (sunday) and the last day is the Friday, then can conclulated that the universe is created beginning at sunday until Friday.
While in the interpretation of Ath-thibriy explained, that the intent {في ستة أيام} is the period of the creation of nature by God on the day ahad (sunday) with the calculation of 1 day is 1000 years = the time of the creation of the universe is 6 days x 1000 years = 6000 years. the determination of the day is based on one day of the hereafter instead of the one day of the world (1 day x 24 hours) = 24 hours. Based on this can be conclulated that the period of natural formation or creation occurs at the sunday with a calculation time of 6 days x 1000 years = 6000 years.
In Al-Qur'an, Surat As-Sajdah verse 4, that Allah Swt said:
"اللَّهُ الَّذِي خَلَقَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِي سِتَّةِ أَيَّامٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوَىٰ عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۖ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ دُونِهِ مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَلَا شَفِيعٍ ۚ أَفَلَا تَتَذَكَّرُونَ"
Meaning: "It is Allah Who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six periods, then He dwells upon 'Arsy. There is nothing for you apart from Him a helper and neither an intercessor. Do ye then not see?"
This word (الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض وما بينهما في ستة أيام) is that it is clear that this universe was created in 6 days (time). the intent of في ستة أيام in this verse is still the same as the verse above (Q.S Hud verse 7).
From all the explanations above, the word (في ستة أيام) can be meaning by the stage, in the stages of the creation of this universe can be in groups into six stages. This is seen from many other verses that explain the process of the creation of this universe, as explanated in Surat An-Nazi’at sequentially begining verse27 to verse 33. All these verses are interconnected between one verse with another. in this case it can be assumed that 6 days in the previous verse can be interpreted with the following verse, which this verse describes the process of creating the universe in stages based on the sequence of verses.
The stage of creation in according to the Qur'an
In chronological, the periode/stage of universe creation can be grouped into 6 stages, that's as follows:
The periode 1
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 27
أأنتم أشد خلقا أم السماء بناها
It means: "Are you more difficult to create, or the sky ? God has nurtured it"
From this verse can be understood that God created the first is the sky. this can be from word "أم السماء بناها". Because the dhamir (ها) on sentence بناها is back to (السماء) (the sky), therefore can conclulated stage 1 is stage of the sky creation.
The periode 2
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 28
رَفَعَ سَمْكَهَا فَسَوَّاهَا
It means: "He elevated the building and perfected it"
This verse provides an understanding that the universe experienced development and refinement. this is the understanding given by the word elevating the mountain and perfecting it. This stage can be called by the stage of development and refinement.
The periode 3
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 29
وَأَغْطَشَ لَيْلَهَا وَأَخْرَجَ ضُحَاهَا
Meaning: "and He made the night dark and made the day bright".
The creation of night and day shows that the formation of the solar system as a source of light. therefore can be said this periode is the periode of that the formation of the solar system including earth.
The periode 4
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 30
وَالْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ دَحَاهَا
Meaning: And the earth after it had spread out.
The verse above gives the understanding that the beginning of the mainland on Earth on the fourth day (period 4).
The periode 5
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 31
أَخْرَجَ مِنْهَا مَاءَهَا وَمَرْعَاهَا
Meaning: He radiates from it the springs, and (cultivates) the plants.
The verse above, it can be interpreted that on earth there is no water when first formed. So, this verse shows the evolution water on earth.
The periode 6
Q. S An-Nazi'at verse : 32 -33
وَالْجِبَالَ أَرْسَاهَا
it means : "And the mountains firmly established him"
مَتَاعًا لَكُمْ وَلِأَنْعَامِكُمْ
It means : "(all) for your pleasure and for your cattle".
In this verse above, the mountains are firmly fixed. That is, the mountains formed after the creation of land, the formation of water and the emergence of the first plant. Therefore, based on the last two verses it can be said that this stage Geological processes and the birth of animals and humans.
Analysis and Conclusions
Referring to all the above discussions, it can be conclulated that the universe formation in its begins on Sunday (based on on the above verse) and ends on Friday. while on Saturdays there is not creation process any . And for calculation of 1 day in verse above is 1000 years, because 1 day in world is 1000 years, because the day that meaned is not the day of the world, but 1 day in the afterlife is 1000 years in this world. so it can be concluded that the period of universe formation based on the theory of education of Islam (Al-QUR'AN) is 6 days x 1000 years = 6000 years wich the beginning of its formation is the sunday (ahad day).
while in the big bang theory this (the beginnings of the universe is sunday) is not explained, because the big bang theory giving explanation comprehensive and accurate that supported by scientific methods and observations. In the study it was found that the universe had been around 13.7 billion years ago.
In the Q.S Al-Anbiya :
Earth and sky originally are one
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا أَنَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ كَانَتَا رَتْقًا فَفَتَقْنَاهُمَا ۖ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنَ الْمَاءِ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ حَيٍّ ۖ أَفَلَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
Meaning: "And do the unbelievers not know that the heavens and the earth were both a coherent one, and We separated them between them. And out of the water We made all things alive. Why then do they not believe?"
If it refers to the letter of al-anbiya verse 30, it will be found that the heavens and the earth were originally a unified or unified one (not separate). This shows that this universe exists from the none. While if studied further, then we will find that the form or universe changed (not fixed). This is as what that explanaten by the bing bang theory that the universe expands and continues to expand until now. Thus it can be said that between big bang theory and Al-qur'an there are similarities.
every thing that expands (not fixed), then theoretically it can be assumed that the universe will end. In this case it can be analogized that if the universe is exampled as a balloon. The balloon will expand if it is i blown and will continue to expand and the balloon will stop expanding when it reaches the saturation point where the balloon is unable to expand, then when the balloon will erupt.
so it is, this universe, which continues to expand which is at a certain point and the boundary of the universe will stop expanding. when the universe is no longer inflate means the universe will be destroyed (destroyed) as destroyed balloon earlier.maka this can be concluded that the theory also be proof that this universe will end (evidence of doomsday).

I always have a hard time visualizing how God, Allah or Krishna talks to prophets. Does he appear, does the person get a voice in their mind, it it a gut feeling?
I have very little knowledge of the Islamic thought process, but I am genuinely interested in what Allah is to you.
