To make an equivalent analogy, I don't think the concept of a Russian roulette pops up in your mind every time you try a new dish in a restaurant, even if you are exposed to the very minimal risk that one of the components of that meal could be harmful for you as an individual due to unknown allergies or intolerance (even if they are perfectly safe for the vast majority of people).
