One US soldier was injured in a bomb blast. In an unprecedented operation the United States has replaced the penis and testicles of the military. A dead person's penis and testicle bag has been replaced by the soldier's body.

A group of doctors at Johns Hopkins University in Maryland, USA, performed the operation. They said that they are hopeful that after the surgery they will get back the sexual power.

But instead of replacing them, if they were to 'rebuild' the affected penis, it would not have been possible for the army to regain sexual power. This operation takes place in March this year and it takes 14 hours. The doctor's name and identity have been kept secret.

Johns Hopkins University's Head of Plastic Surgery Department Andruli said in a press conference on Monday that many times people were seriously injured in the war, but many times they keep the matter secret and many people can not understand the impact it has in their lives.

He also said that the loss of genitalia is an aspect of wounded in the war, which is not talked about. However, it has a serious impact on people's self-esteem, dignity and relationships. Earlier, the world's first penis replacement operation was done in South Africa in 2014.
