SpaceX has successfully launched a car into space. Also they safely landed most of their booster rockets back to earth. Great time to watch the history play out, also the best product placement ever, Red Tesla Roadster is traveling towards a Red Planet.
David Bowie's Space Oddity playing in the background while the electric car flies towards Mars. Saying that out loud and writing it sounds insane, but it actually happened and now were're here.
Not everything worked as planned as the center core is missing and it seemed to have overshot the drone ship. Side rockets landed safely, probably the best part of the the whole launch. And yep there is a car orbiting the earth. What more can I say. Back to earth where the memes are happening.
Watched it live. Was a very exciting experience, even it if exploded it would have been an exciting day. Now there is a car in space.
