It turns out that nowadays the use of chemical substances is of vital importance in the production of food and the generation of quality products, as well as being a way to ensure that the loss of them decreases due to the protection that these products provide. in this case to the vegetable or product. However the excessive use and in large quantities without pre-established amounts is what makes what we eat is poison, paying little attention to what we are really introducing to our body.

In the market there are thousands of chemical substances, it is estimated that there may be around 5000 chemical products in the world, and many of these do not have the minimum requirements of application and security, in addition to many times people who are in the market. field and carry out these activities believe that the more product they use will be more beneficial for their plantation, and what they do not know is that besides they can burn the plants by the excessive use of chemical substances, they are sending to cities products loaded with high toxicity.

What does each product depend on to produce a side effect?

This depends on numerous factors such as: type of agro-chemical called pesticide, fertilizer, fungicide, herbicide, etc., toxicity and quantity or dose of exposure.

Who is more affected by this use of agro-chemicals?

In addition to the consumer, the person directly affected is the producer and the people who live near these places where agricultural activities are carried out, in fact worries have arisen due to the influence that these pesticides may have on the immune system or endocrine function. I think it is vital to be clear and be aware of what we are consuming, this is why organic products are often a bit more expensive, because their production requires more work, but in the long run it is more beneficial because we are moving away from our organism a huge load of chemicals that are very harmful to our body.
