Hmmmm,... well you asked for it ;-)
There are two ways , one , the hardest one , float of in the form you are .
Be alone in a far from by any people occupied place . Build a huge Tesla coil tower ,.. use it to charge and adjust yourself ( hence the remote area ) . And then just simply fly happily around ,... just watch out for the plasma beam from the coil ,.. it kinda sparks .
Way two is more a one way trip , just sit down and meditate up to the right charge and frequency , your -0.6 mlvolt , bring that up by burning the matter . Some monks even use gasoline but that's a choice . There is no proof that it ads or even works with external fuel . Anyways , burn it all and become a plasma creature of light leaving a pile of asses behind on mortal grounds .
Yes option two has extra's , immortal and access to speed of light and beyond .
