1. Control over the mind, child abuse – Project MK-ULTRA Subproject 68.

This may be a dream only in a nightmare.

The CIA launched project MK-ULTRA paid Dr. Donald Ewen Cameron for Subproject 68, which was devoted to experiments with changing the psyche of substances. The main goal of the project was to test methods of influence and mind control that would be able to extract information from reluctant individuals.

To conduct their experiments, the doctor took patients taken in his Memorial of Allen Institute in Montreal and spent with them "therapy".

These patients were generally diagnosed with bipolar depression, and irritability. The treatment which they received has changed their lives and was simply terrible.

In the period of receipt of payment from the CIA (1957-1964 years) Cameron conducted electroshock therapy with a capacity of thirty to forty times the normal. He placed his patients in a pharmacological coma for many months and played them a tape with recordings of simple statements or repetitive noises over and over again.
The victims of his experiments, had forgotten how to talk, forgetting their parents, and began to suffer severe amnesia.
And all this was carried out by residents of Canada, because the CIA did not want to take risks and to arrange such operations on Americans.

To make the project continued to receive funding, Cameron in one case, undertook a series of experiments on children, and the other forced the child to engage in sex with high-ranking government official and took it on camera.

He and other important persons of the project MK-ULTRA was ready to blackmail the government for further funding.

2. The testing of mustard gas on soldiers in training the gas chambers.

To test the effectiveness of various types of bioweapons, the authorities for certain initiated the spraying of mustard gas and other irritating and destructive light chemicals, like lewisite, on soldiers without their consent or notification of the experiment.

They also conducted testing the efficiency of respirators and protective clothing by locking soldiers in a gas chamber and exposing them to mustard gas and lewisite, which immediately brings to mind images of gas chambers of Nazi Germany.

The effects of lewisite: lewisite is a gas that can easily penetrate clothing and even rubber. Upon contact with the skin, the gas immediately causes severe pain, irritation, tissue swelling and even rashes. Large, fluid-filled blisters develop within twelve hours after exposure in the form of extremely severe chemical burns. And it's only when the gas comes into contact with the skin.

Inhalation of gas causes a burning pain in the lungs, coughing, vomiting, and pulmonary edema.

The effects of mustard gas: symptoms of mustard gas are not evident in the period of twenty-four hours after exposure, and the gas has mutagenic and carcinogenic properties that have killed many exposed to it. Its main effects include severe burns, which after a while turn into oozing yellow liquid boils. And although the possibility of treating the effects of mustard gas exists, the burns from it are treated very, very slow and extremely painful. Burns, which gas leaves the skin, are sometimes incurable.

There were also rumours that in addition to soldiers Guinea pigs have become patients of military hospitals, and were subjected to medical experiments, including the testing of biological weapons, and all similar experiments for the removal of suspicion was served as a simple "observation".

3. US gives immunity to monster violent surgery.

As the head of the famous Japanese Unit 731 (unit, engaged in secret research on biological and chemical weapons in the Japanese army during world war II), Dr. Shiro Ishii (head of medicine) carried out cruel experiments on tens of thousands of people during the Second Sino-Japanese war and world war II.

After their defeat in 1945, Japan disbanded Unit 731 and Ishii ordered the execution of all the remaining "logs". After a short time after that Ishii himself was arrested. And then the distinguished General Douglas MacArthur signed the agreement with Dr. Ishii. In exchange for immunity from the United States, he had to provide all available data on viral weapons obtained in experiments on living people.

So Ishii got away with his crimes because the United States was interested in the results of his experiments.

And although it was not directly responsible for these crimes, the actions of the U.S. government clearly indicate that it was more than willing to conduct experiments on living people for the sake of progress in the area of biological weapons, which could kill more people.

Ishi lived until 1959, conducting research in the field of bioweapons and maybe thinking of more plans to destroy people until his very last day.

4. Spraying deadly chemicals on American cities.

Demonstrating once again that the U.S. always tends to test the worst possible scenario, the first to reach them, with the invention of biochemical war in the mid-twentieth century, the Army, CIA and government conducted a series of combat simulations in American cities, to see how events will develop in case of a real chemical attack.

They conducted the following air and naval attacks:

The CIA sprayed causing the whooping cough virus in Tampa Bay with boats and caused an epidemic of this disease. In the result, twelve people were killed.
The Navy sprayed bacterial pathogens in San Francisco, causing many citizens became ill with pneumonia.
In the cities of Savannah and Avon Park army released millions of mosquitoes in the hopes they would spread yellow and dengue fever. Insect swarm left Americans struggling with fevers, typhoid, respiratory problems, and worse, with the birth of dead children.

What's even worse is that after the swarm, the Army came under the guise of a masked health care workers. Their secret goal during the entire time as they helped the victims, was the study and classification of long-term effects caused by diseases.

5. United States infected Guatemalans with sexually transmitted diseases.

In 1940, the United States decided to test the effectiveness of penicillin as a cure for syphilis, and was chosen to play the experimental residents of Guatemala.

For the execution of this plan, they used infected prostitutes to infect unsuspecting prison inmates, psychiatric patients and soldiers.

And when the spread of the disease through prostitution was not as effective as they had hoped, they decided to resort to vaccination.

After the transmission of the disease, the researchers provided medical aid to the most part cases, however, about one third of them were left without treatment, even though that was the original purpose of the study.
The first of October 2010, Hillary Clinton apologized for the events and launched a new study designed to determine whether there was alive any of the victims of these experiments and still they are infected with syphilis.

But since many subjects never got penicillin, it is quite possible and even likely that some of them gave the disease to the next generation.

6. Secret experiments on humans to test the effects of the atomic bomb.

During the study, and attempts to curb the power of the atomic bomb, U.S. scientists also secretly tested the effects of the bomb on people.

During the Manhattan Project, which paved the way for atomic bombs that destroyed Hiroshima and Nagasaki, American scientists launched a series of secret experiments on the introduction of plutonium eighteen unsuspecting patients.

These experiments included the injection of a few micrograms of plutonium to soldiers in the course of the project oak ridge and the subsequent injection of three patients in the hospital Chicago.

Imagine you are a patient of the hospital, lying in a hospital bed, and assuming nothing bad ever happens, and suddenly appear the agents of the government and inject you with the blood of weapons-grade plutonium.

Of the eighteen patients who were known only by code names and numbers, only five of them lived more than twenty years after injection.

In addition to plutonium, the researchers also used in their experiments uranium. In the Massachusetts hospital, between 1946 and 1947, the years, Dr. William Sweet introduced the uranium eleven their patients. He has also received funding from the Manhattan project.

According to reports, he injected his victims in 468 times more matter than he had the instruction on rules of the experiment. Documentation on the results of this study are, of course, was never declassified.

8. Operation "Paper clip".

At that time, how were the Nuremberg trials, and the ethics and human rights were the focus of attention, the U.S. was smuggled Nazi scientists and giving them American citizenship.

9. Infection with cancer residents of Puerto Rico.

In 1931, Dr. Cornelius Rhoads has received funding from the Rockefeller Institute to conduct experiments in Puerto Rico. He gave the citizens of Puerto Rico cancer cells, presumably in order to study their effects. Thirteen of them died.

What is most striking is the text allegedly written in his notes:
"Puerto Ricans are the most dirty, lazy, and most degenerate and thievish race of people that only inhabited this world... I did the best I was capable of to further their destruction, killing eight and transplantarea cancer a few more... All the doctors get pleasure from the torment of the victims of failed experiments."
A man obsessed with the murder of Puerto Ricans through infecting them with cancer, does not seem appropriate candidate for the post of project Manager of chemical weapons and place in the American Commission on nuclear energy, right?

But that's exactly what happened. He also became Vice-President of the American cancer society.

Any shocking documentation of the period when he was engaged in research on chemical weapons, to date, most likely destroyed.

10. The Pentagon was treating black cancer patients with extreme radiation doses.

In the sixties of the Ministry of defence has undertaken a series of experiments on irradiation of unsuspecting, poor African-American patients suffering from cancer. They said that they'll get treatment, but they did not say that this is the cure "Pentagon" type: that is, the study of the effects of high doses of radiation on the human body.

11. Operation "Midnight climax".

But in order to lure them, the CIA disguised these houses, public house.

This gave impetus to the creation of the "Project 4.1" – a study on the effects of radiation on the precipitation of human beings. Essentially, it was the latest in a long series of studies in which people were used as Guinea pigs without their consent, and this project was remembered in the US as a way to collect data that otherwise would be impossible to get.

However, the moral standards of the United States are such that even if the fallout suffered by the inhabitants of the Marshall Islands was an accident, they could be scheduled.

13. Takiji.

The recent disclosure of the fact that the US infected Guatemalans with syphilis, brings to mind this famous study. Between 1932 and 1972, scientists have drawn four hundred black laborers in takigi, Alabama to study the natural course of development of syphilis.
But the scientists never told his subjects that they had syphilis. Instead, their patients were assured that their cure from the disease of "bad blood", while the researchers used them to study the symptoms and effects of syphilis.

In 1947 penicillin became the standard cure for syphilis. But in addition to covering information about the disease, the researchers also "forgot" to tell his patients that their disease has a cure. And thus the study lasted for almost another thirty years.
