그리고 기다렸다가 포스팅키 승인을 해야함.

과연 수정시에는 어찌될까? 수정시에도 지불해야할까?

You definitely shouldn't use Active Key on a common daily activities such as posting because it greatly increase chance of leaking key that can be used to steal funds.
