요즘 scot 에서는 무분별한 태그의 사용에 대한 많은 우려가 있습니다.
스팸 태그라고 불리기도 합니다.
운영진에서도 그 부분에 대해서 많은 대화를 나누고 여러가지 방안을 제시하고 다른 scot을 벤치마킹하고 있습니다.
이번 기능 추가의 목적도 위에 언급한 것과 같은 맥락입니다.
이미 @anpigon님에 의해 ZZAN에 적용된 기능이며 PR 올려주신 내용을 바탕으로 SCT 에 맞게 살짝 변경하였습니다.
소스를 기여해 주신 @anpigon님께 다시 한번 감사 말씀드립니다.
