중국 텐센트홀딩스는 12일 PC게임 생산업체인 뮌헨에 13억3000만 노르웨이 크라운(약 1억4800만 달러)을 제안해 오슬로
음반협회의 제안이 크게 높아졌다.
Funcom의 이사회와 임원들은 17개의 왕관을 제안할 때마다 모두 합쳐서 화요일 최종 비용인 13.35개에 27%의
프리미엄이 붙었다고 이 단체들은 공동 설명에서 밝혔다.
Funcom의 제안은 GMT가 0817년까지 16.85 크라운으로 26.2% 상승했다.
네덜란드에 위치한 Funcom은 바바리안 설립의 코난 조정을 포함하여 웹이나 다른 단계에서 재생되는 PC 게임의 범위를 설계한다.
그 자체가 웹 기반 게임의 중요한 도매업체인 텐센트는 지난 9월 그것이 Funcom의 지분 29%를 차지했다고 보도하면서,
그것이 가장 큰 소유주가 되었다.
스티븐 마 텐센트 수석 부사장은 "펀컴은 수명이 긴 새로운 타이틀을 키우는 데 확고한 명성을 갖고 있다"고 말했다.
Funcom의 행정부와 직원들은 보안 조치 후에도 변경되지 않을 것이라고 조직들은 말했다.
