Sea urchins move slowly in the rocks by the use of their spines, feeding primarily on algae. The texture is smooth, wet and custard-like while the flavor of the sea urchin isn't particularly strong or sharp, but the combination of the salty taste and creamy texture is definitely not for everyone. I want to try soon.

No just sometimes @iridion9. Even me, I'd never try it. They told me that it taste good.
