How can we protect ourselves from cyber crime?

  • Use strong passwords (10 characters is good) and 2 Factor Authentication when possible.
  • Have good anti-malware programs installed and kept up to date.
  • Be mindful of programs or data before downloading.
  • Don’t give out any form of personal information unless you really have good grounds to trust the source asking for it.
