Wisconsin will now spend $30 million dollars to secure all school entrances statewide. Oh yes… our grand schemes of defense… the military spending, the gated communities, the car alarms, the pepper sprays, the Kevlar armor, the 'star wars' nuclear defense initiative… and all the other fairy tales of protection we cling to. How long will we keep digging a hole before we to stick our head out to look at the angry mess we've created?

There is no way to make the world secure when the world is run on violence and laws are dictated to support bombs and backed-up by weapons. There is no security, no prevention, no measure to save ourselves from the dark forces around when we happily and merrily continue on the military-industrial-complex path, that might makes our actions right, and we proudly stand as the international bully. Oh USA, the folly in your ways !

A right to own a gun to defend your property and family is a right given to every American, does that also mean the killer carried the same rights. I think he did, because he was an American too. As long as criminals who get the same rights as citizens do then shootings will continue to happen.
