No, 0,78$ is currently the 'redeem' price. if anyone wants to recover his funds from SEED 0,78$ is the 'official' buyback price (which is the backed value minus the locked value).
The price floats freely on Hive Engine, but the liquidity is that low which makes impossible to buy/sell large amounts at once and price is off the 'normal' values, so care there.
