Greetings, Please excuse my total lack of experience when it comes to social media and the mechanics of it all. I chose Steemit as a way to hopefully help myself and others, through an environment that allows for open ideas, without the concerns of censorship and stifling of ideas and thought, as we see happening across major platforms.
It is my sincerest hope that what follows, will not only be worthwhile but life changing for those seeking answers to most of life's challenges. The good news is, it's easier than most think! The simplicity of the mechanics of change and truth is actually the most difficult for most to just accept at face value.
Surely it has to be more complicated? To that question I give a resounding no. Simple yes, easy? That's another big question. I will say, if you're earnestly looking, one of my favorite quotes is; 'when the student is ready, the teacher appears' In other words, there is nothing new here and the answers have been with us since the beginning, we just need to awaken to them. The method and answers presented here are not new, matter of fact, they run as a common thread between us all. My hope is to help you understand the truths that bind us, instead of separate us.
This endeavor may seem to many religious in nature, one needs only to ask themselves; isn't all belief systems whatever they be, religious in nature? Anything we hold near and dear to us and believe at any given time, is in fact, our current religion. Sadly, many times we become lost to our real identity and taken farther from our true purpose.
It does require effort but as you progress, you will find it very rewarding, discovering your own truth and who you are and your purpose. This is something no one can do for you, nor would I want to. I am a firm believer that everyone has a right to their own decisions and experiences, as most prominent figures in personal enlightenment would agree to.
This message is all inclusive, it crosses all borders, languages, cultures, age groups. This is not a judgemental endeavor nor a quick fix, but a lifelong personal and uniting endeavor, in running our race, not against others, but discovering our own shortcomings in the lifelong process of learning to love ourselves and others and the world we live in, as we tackle subjects such as; what is love? how do we propagate it and nurture it and bring it to fruition, as well as many other topics related to the betterment of all.
In a world that is seemingly divided on everything, it seems it is near impossible to get anyone to agree on anything. As we are tossed about from one new revelation to another, in a seemingly unending carousel of discord, never has there been a better time in my mind, to bring common sense inviolable rules to the forefront of our prevailing consciousness.
In closing, wherever you may find yourself, my hope is to challenge you to rediscover and be who you were designed to be, to join in this race of self governance and improvement. I am fully aware that is sounds brash to state that what hopefully follows is the answer to all of your questions and most of life's challenges. but it truly is.
That said, enough faith is required to understand, there are things outside our knowledge and we will never know everything there is to know, but we can most certainly deal with the things we do know and this is the only extent of our control, not of others, but ourselves. Yes, we can and do influence others, that is for another blog post.
My goal is to help you realize and deal with the only thing we can control and know and that is control and improvement of ourselves. It has worked for me and thousands of others throughout time and will work for you. Hopefully, I will present many thought provoking ideas to challenge your thinking, as well s my own and from that, most of your questions will be answered.
Please bear with me, as i stumble my way through this process of learning the in's and outs of social media and more. I hope to be consistent with future blogs, especially if I find it is truly receptive and helpful to others. I am building a website which is also a big challenge for me, hopefully I will find helpful advice on how to organize and present that platform. Blessings
