To all the employers who can read this post,Please take care of our employees(internal customers) for without them our business won’t function.Our ultimate goal should not focus only to providing excellent service to our external customers but also to our internal customers.Let us always remember that loyal employees are ASSETS and not LIABILITIES.Richard Branson once said” Take care of your employees and they will take care of your business”.Having satisfied external customers leads to increased revenue and increased brand awareness.Having satisfied employees(internal customers) is the key contributor to a companies/business success.
