Put it this way there are millions and millions of new posts being posted everywhere on the internet. How do you think people are going to find your blog and that google is going to rank it well if you don’t have the backlinks out there, backlinks are like the building structure of your blog that is going to drive traffic and is one of the best strategies for the long term that you can use.
How to drive traffic via backlinks?
First things first you should create the content that people are actually going to share. You need to learn and analyze what type of content that is for your niche. You have to engineer your content to drive shares and make it easily shareable. If you want to write something, don’t write it just to write it and post but actually think a bit about how to make it interesting to people that they are going to share your article.
Another thing is to know how you want to promote your content. Of course there are “free” and “paid” ways for this. For example you should also think about using social media and to create your personal or even specific accounts on social media for your blog. With these accounts you want to do the promotion.
