I recently published a comprehensive article demonstrating that the DNC is implicated in the murder of Seth Rich. Unfortunately, in that article, it appears I passed on a piece of misinformation. There, I wrote "Guccifer 2.0 allegedly stated Rich was the leaker [of the DNC emails]" and I linked to an alleged private Twitter conversation between actress Robin Young and "Guccifer 2.0," wherein Guccifer claims "Seth was [his] whistleblower."
Guccifer 2.0, of course, is the entity who supposedly originally distributed the infamous leaked DNC emails last fall. CrowdStrike, a cybersecurity firm of questionable integrity, identified Guccifer 2.0 as Russian, giving rise to the oft repeated assertion that Russia hacked the DNC. (The DNC, recall, refused to hand over their servers to the FBI, hence CrowdStrike's roll in the investigation).
It now appears, however, that the conversation between Robin and Guccifer 2.0 naming Rich as the leaker was likely hoaxed. If it was indeed hoaxed, this would remove one piece of evidence indicating Rich was the source of the emails and not Russia.
But, although we may have lost one small piece of evidence...we may be able to replace it with a gigantic one.
While Guccifer 2.0's roll in the DNC email saga has long been unclear and uncertain, Adam Carter, host of the Guccifer 2.0 info website G2-Space, now claims "Guccifer 2.0" was a complete fabrication by Crowdstrike/DNC in an attempt to falsely attribute the hack to Russia!
Carter says he will offer proof of this assertion in the next couple weeks.
