Good for you! All of us have it within us to overcome our compulsions and cravings, it's just a matter of find the right psychological approach, like you have.

I let go of my many food cravings, by sitting down, meditating and just observing my thoughts - I tried to see through them in a way, and it worked!

Thanks for the positive feedback. I like meditating as well. It took a long time for me to learn to control my eating habits. :)
