Hi @erikah, I don't understand how someone's account here can get hacked. FB for sure, profile pics get copied, new accounts opened under the same name, but with different email addresses etc... but here!!??

Unfortunately it's happened to many people. You see warnings like "don't click any link, especially on your wallet" every day. Some people prefer to steal other people money earned by hard work.
Anyway, unfortunately this is the situation. Thank you for your understanding. We'll get back to it as soon as she can take control over her account.
