Magandang buhay๐
The new week started great. I'd say it's quite a reflective Monday for me, thanks to a powerful metaphor that I read today. It said, "If you don't like the shadow, reposition the light."
In the statement, "shadow" represents negative circumstances, problems, or difficulties. The "light" is one's mind or thoughts or perspective. But this post won't delve into that. Instead, I'm sharing a few of the shadows snapped in various places and times. It's just that the phrase reminded me of them and it makes sense to put them on-chain before they get accidentally deleted from my gallery.๐
This, for instance (including the top image), was taken at the yard in BC last Friday. The Palmera Tree's ringed and feather-shaped fronds cast cool shadows on the ground.

A radical shift in my position gave me a different shadow. Forgive me for the bad angle, lol! I don't know what I was focusing on in this shot. Maybe I was just trying to prove Holmes' statement๐ (just kidding!)

Anyway, the lobed leaves of the Tree Philodendron, the railings, and others also cast their respective shadows on the plant bed (not the best angle, but they are still visible)

The heart-shaped shadows of the grape leaves are quite nice too! Funny how the plant dies during the dry season and then springs back to life, growing new shoots and leaves once the rain starts.

Meanwhile, these were at the restaurant where we had lunch last time. I was trying to capture a photo of the LilGuy as he observed the surroundings under our table. I didn't notice the faint shadows of the chairs and tables until I browsed through them today.๐

And the last was photographed at the Homestay in LTB. The metal chair's shadow, while a bit faint, are still recognizable.

So there you go with the random hunts. It was easier to talk about them, than what played out in my mind๐ Maybe I'd ramble about it on another day. Until then, here's to a fantastic new week, frens!

Haha that's a good saying, unfortunately is not easy to find an other good spot to place the light!
And they will say, "The only limitation is the one we place in our minds,"๐
Ganda Ng na capture mo na MgA shadow sis, palmera trees Pala Yan, tawag KO Dati dyan niyog niyugan๐ฌ
Salamuch sis. Sabi ko rin "parang palm tree" lol! Tama naman din, niyog niyugan kasi parang nyog sya hehe.
Maybe you used to wait for that plant to grow into a coconut tree !INDEED! ๐ค๐ด๐ฅฅ๐คฏ๐๐

Beautiful shots you've got there.
Thank you, Amie๐ Hope Tuesday is going well for you
I think all of those shadow photographs are quite cute and liked all of those. In case of shadow, it's not necessary to represent the bad thing. Suppose we can consider shadow as shelter from some aspects.

Many thanks. I appreciate your kind remarks. Oh yes, shadows don't necessarily mean negative things. We can see it differently. !BBH
