As drove west from Idaho to Oregon we came to Klamath Lake from a way that I don't usually see. It was a beautiful, sunny, cool day, the 11th on our road trip.
Klamath Lake
It is a fresh water lake in southern Oregon. It is 25 miles long and 8 miles wide. 1 It is not a recreational lake, instead it is used to support the irrigation of local farms.

I am happy to be thinking of this beautiful lake today and all the times I drove past it with my parents when they came to pick me up or drop me off at the airport, or when we would go to Lake of the Woods, Crater Lake or Medford together. Klamath Lake is a part of where they lived and where I went to visit them for about 20 years. Miss them!
