As of this writing; 1,061,936 SP delegations have been received!!.
This brings Round A to a successful close, effective immediately. Round A delegators have been tabulated per the Steem blockchain evidence and will receive 4:1 dCommerce tokens for every 1 SP delegation with a 500 SP minimum. Round B has now onset and there will be a 1:2 (SP: Token) with a target of 2 Mil SP delegations. Once Round B delegation campaign completes, the total SP is expected to be >3 Mil; respectively.
Since January to current, the dCommerce team has been quiet not from idleness but diligent work in assembling the team, coding, designing, more coding, feature evaluation and test implementations. Our intent is to build the platform right the first time and not suffer from an over promise and under deliverance fiasco. We will soon be sharing our revised timeline with detailed outcome expectations.
The dCommerce team will be introducing our Social Media Team (SMT) Leader and newest Social Media Activists (SMA) as well as release newly designed logo branding, platform name and an early bird sign-up landing page which will utilize the "Civic" secure verification. Civic secure identity ecosystem removes all concerns of "privacy" from prospective merchants who would like to pre-launch reserve their store names and accounts.
While the Cryptosphere bear market has brought about much change; Bitcoin's obituary has not and will not be written. dCommerce fully intends to execute on our strategy to raise the value ceiling of online commerce by launching a one of a kind crypto token rewards based, peer to peer, borderless shopping channel that quickly and efficiently matches willing buyers with sellers.

Exciting to hear there is still hope for a crypto market space. Prior to considering an investment even via delegation, answering some questions seems reasonable.
Do you have a white paper? Is it the same dstors white paper?
Do you have a timeline?
Will you issue a token?
On what chain will the token be issued.
How many tokens will be issued?
If investors get 2 to 1 shares, what percentage of the supply will that be?
That's a large about of investment, will you present any upfront budgeting or what level of transparency can investors expect?
For now, 98% of the content of White Paper remains.
With the new platform, the revised White Paper will be posted on the landing page.
Timeline has been revised to a later launch date but will early capture the upcoming holidays.
We will issue a "Utility Token" which will bypass all ICO regulatory requirements.
For now, the BTS platform holds the tokens but looking into the Steem Engine.
25 Mil tokens will be launched which will be 10% of total supply.
Delegator tokens will be about 32% of the 25 Mil. Technically speaking, the Delegators are not named as "Investors" given that the tokens are utility tokens. However, these tokens carry upvote value as well as barter value. Just like ariline miles, they can be used, gifted, sold, etc. These utility tokens also hold a "convertible" option for the ICO tokens should and IF the company launches an ICO which is not assured.
Since budgeting is ALL privately funded, and NONE from delegated upvotes; it will be kept private. Post launch, we will share overall revenue target goal directions.
Not very transparent sadly. Can I ask what use the delegation your recieve is then please? Is receiving upvotes on Steemit posts one of the hidden benefits of delegating to this project as you don't mention that but giving huge upvotes to your top secretive delegators is happening according to @steemreports .
Before the launch, it was clearly explained that delegated SP will be used to provide upvotes with the following priority: dCommerce related posts and then delegators.
Post launch, SP will be used to service those who spend the dcommerce tokens for upvotes.
So, there is no top secret delegators receiving special upvotes. All upvote activities are open and transparent.
The highest delegators receive greater proportion of the upvotes...why? That's fair.
revised my comment, Dcommerce can get customers if steem actually does grow, i was just worried that if steembay has no customers than how can dcommerce get them, but Ill be careful about comments in new steem projects

Yeah I mean to be fair I was LUCKY and got a response from haejin, but thats only because I am addicted to steem and I actrually KNOW who that person real;ly is and i knew of a round about way to go and leave a message on that persons most recent post, and luckily they gave me a chance to "remove my comment" and then they removed the flags, but honestly man, I earned the right to talk shit to ANY steem project, because I have been working here for 3 years constantly and theres few people more dedicated to steem than myself, and i hadnt seen anyone from the dcommerce team actually show any evidence they deserved that million SP delegation, BUT thats between them and their delegators, but shouldnt i get to ask tough questions?

If i were him i would have the entrie blockchain in love with me by now.... when you have that much SP you can simply give outa few 1% up votes and create an army of loyal fans... and any whale with a beef i would go squash it

Youre pretty much right. The thing is that the same can be said for the majority of the crypto market.

Its just not happening. But it might happen in 5 years. 10 maybe if crypto survives. So i say why not.
I personally would never invest in dcommerce for different reasons but i dont see why this project is any worse then majority of others out there.

A question please. Will your platform offer the ability to place listings that are region limited? For example, when I used to sell on Ebay I limited sales to only the continental United States, to minimize shipping costs as well as to negate tracking issues that seem to happen once borders are crossed.
We will do our best to place it in the first launch feature. It might be that the seller has to verify the address first; but we will probably be able to put that feature.
On the listing, it'll probably be easiest to write that restriction so prospective buyers can see it prior to purchasing or bidding.

How many% of votes I can get you?
I have now delegated 50,000 SPs.
I received 100% yesterday, but today I became 75%. Will it continue to decrease?
As more and more delegations are incoming, the % upvote is periodically recast. This way, the % upvote is maintained to almost never go below 90%.
So, the prior % was according to 800k SP but since then, over 1 Mil is present thus more delegators needing upvotes.
So, for your 50k SP delegation it gets 75%. A 10k SP delegation is now 15% upvote but will also be recast as more delegators come.
