Imagine you have a weak bladder and have to often pee. Imagine coming across a pay to pee toilet, but you don’t have any money because you are poor. Unlike an ordinary person who could just shrug it off and hold it in until later, you need to piss like a horse within the next seven steps. So you pee on the platform of train stations and wherever else you please. Of course it is criminal what you are doing. You have been forced into crime through state apparatus because you do not meet the normal requirements of citizen. You are seen as defective. Persecuted and hunted by state apparatus you walk about town peeing like a horse all over the place, and people don’t understand it is just who you are. You are seen as criminal element. Different.
