"The silbon" Venezuelan story

 In the plains of Venezuela, there is a legend of a cursed spectrum that, after killing his father, wander through the plain from very ancient times. Their terrible whistling is synonymous with death and misfortune, so they called it "The Silbón". 

 Many of the people who live in the plains  have seen  especially in summer, a period in which the Venezuelan savanna burns under the rigor of the drought and the Silbón sits in the trunks of the trees and collects dust on their hands. But it is mainly in the times of moisture and rain when the spectre vague hungry of death and avid to punish drunk and mujeriegos and one that another innocent victim.

And that is that they say that to drunken les sucks the navel to drink the brandy they ingested when found alone by the plain and that womanizers the shattering and takes away the bones and put the bag where saves the remains of his father.

  There is the belief that their whistles occur each other in cycles of do, re, mi, fa, ssol, si and you hear close when there is no danger and distant when it there is thus the more distant sound more close. 

 Some think that listen to your whistling is a harbinger of the own death, which can hear anywhere and time and that if you hear away then you are more salvation that the bark of a dog.

  They say that a certain young man discovered that something strange was happening between his wife and his father. Some say that the father had beaten, but generally it is said that the violated and that, when her son was found committing the crime, is only justified by saying  I did it because it is a slut. Then the anger of the young erupted and both started a melee, beating him in the middle of the fight with a stick and stifling his father with it (lying on the ground after the coup), tightening with ferocity until it ceased to breathe… 

 The Grandfather, who had heard the whole fight, because he was close, was running to see what was going on and was found with the atrocious parricide. Shocked, swore that punish the young, who being of his own flesh and blood, dared to give death to whom he transmitted the life…

According to the legend, the spirit of the dog chases him until the end of time…
