stress is a tough circle... you get a problem, you get stressed and you keep thinking on it, if you don't have distractions it becomes a constant, it never stops so your whole day is passed with worries and anxiety and that stresses you even more, you sleep bad, you are tired, you get even more stressed... it's a loop...and it's bloody hard to break it

It's a cycle like you've said. I don't get overly stressed in my 20s, but it's been different in my 30s
